  • Summarize your Action Plan:  How did you approach the work?
  • Tell your EBP Story and illustrate with Evidence: Share examples/artifacts of Evidence IN Practice and Evidence OF Practice.  What methods/tools did you find useful for generating/gathering evicence?
  • As colleagues share, others may add EBP ideas for the 2017-18 school year to their own School Library EBP Program Plan Template (on the last page of your Action Plan).
