  • ·        Identified research to support lesson idea
  • ·        Meet and shared Evidence-Based Practice idea with fellow teachers

 

How did an evidence-based perspective affect your practice?

  • ·        Provided guidance in how to develop a cross-curricular lesson
  • ·        Increased in-depth planning and collaboration time with other content areas
  • ·        Collaborated with two content areas allowed for more ideas and meaningful feedback
  • ·        Established new a framework and model for future cross-curricular lessons

How will you engage in EBP going forward?

  • ·        Continue to use data and/or initiatives (school & dstrict) to develop lessons
  • ·        Meet with department chairs and teachers to identify cross-curricular teaching opportunities
