Collection Analysis

Uploading Collection for Analysis

 

 

Follow the directions to upload your collection to TitleWave for analysis.

 

Follow the directions to upload your collection to Bound to Stay Bound. 

 

Using the TitleWave Analysis

 

Use your TitleWise Analysis to find Aged Title replacements:

  • Pull down Your Account menu to TItleWise Analyses. Click View beside most recent Analysis at top of list.

  • Under Collection by Dewey Classification, click link to Dig into the Dewey divisions by 10s. 

  • From the Dewey Divisions by 10s tab, look for areas in need of more, or newer, content.

    • Click Search for... link to search TitleWave in the Dewey range; add parameters to search form as needed. Add wanted titles to List.

  • Click the Weeding Candidates tab. Click numbers in the Aged column to view specific aged titles.

    • Click Search for ... link to search TitleWave in the Dewey range; add parameters to search form as needed. Add wanted titles to List.

  • Remember to WEED aged titles you have replaced with newer copyrighted titles!
