Parent School Library Cards

Parent Library cards are offered to caregivers of current BCPS students. 

 

BCPS Parent School Library Card Applications for Destiny accounts:

• Spanish 
• Arabic
• Urdu
• Chinese
• Vietnamese
• French
• Russian 
• Burmese
• Nepali 

 

 

Completed forms should be returned to your child's school library media specialist. LMS will forward forms via interoffice mail to Donna Gruzs, Library Media Programs/Jefferson Bldg, 4th Floor.

 

Library Media Specialists will receive back the parent’s Library Card and two copies of this form; one copy goes to the parent with the Library Card, and the LMS should retain one copy for their records.
