Outcome: Participants will join a facilitated discussion on how to really lead from the school library, learning practical strategies to increase your influence and brainstorming actions necessary to ensure that library spaces and positions remain vital to the school as we move to 1:1 devices.

Welcome

Some starting ideas-Lauren (10 minutes)

Individual posting on Padlet (5 minutes)

Divide in groups for each question (20 minutes)

       Each group will flesh out ideas for their question and then use posted ideas to answer the summary question to present to the whole group  

Whole group sharing (20 mins)
